If you wish to amend or cancel your appointment, this must be done at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking time. Any changes made within the 48 hour period will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment, and not turning up to your appointment on the day will mean 100% of your treatment will be charged for.

Becky works hard to accomodate the needs of all of her clients so earlier and later appointments can be made on request.
Becky is fully trained and qualified in Reiki Healing, Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Hot Stones, Indian Head Massage and Sienna X Professional Spray Tanning.
Please come to you appointment wearing comfortable clothes that are easy to take off / on. All massage treatments require oil on the skin. If you have any concerns, please let us know in advance of your treatment so that we can make any necessary changes to your treatment if required.
Please see the 'Tanning Advice' section on how to fully prepare for your spray tan. It's important that you follow all preperation advice to ensure good application of the tan. The aftercare advice helps you to maintain your beautiful colour following the application.
Please arrive on time to your appointment. All appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, depending on availability, your appointment might be shortened due to a possible next appointment with another client.
You will need a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment if you are new to spray tanning. If you have had spray tans in the past and have not had a reaction then it remains your decision as to whether or not you have a patch test for your treatment at Yugen Cabin.
A patch test will reveal whether you are allergic to the products we'll be using. It’s very rare for clients to react to a tanning solution or show signs of sensitivity, but it’s best practice to do one anyway just in case. It is important to know that even if you have a patch test without a reaction, you can still react to the treatment preformed or at a later date. Your body can build up an intolerance to certain products naturally, meaning we can no longer do the treatment you reacted to.
A small amount of tanning solution will be applied behind the ear, using a cotton bud. Allow the product to dry and wait 24 hours to guarantee that your skin hasn’t shown any signs of sensitivity, such as redness or inflammation, to the ingredients. If no reaction occurs we can continue with the spray tan as normal. If you do have a reaction, please wash the product off immediately and seek professional medical guidance.
Following the patch test, if your skin shows any sign of sensitivity such as redness or inflammation within 24 hours this indicates that your skin is reacting to the product ingredients. Unfortunatly, we will not be able to carry out the spray tanning treatment and kindly suggest you seek medical advice.
After your massage and / or a healing treatment, it's important that you follow the aftercare advice:
If you are expecting, we cannot complete any treatments within the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. As you move into your second trimester, if your GP/midwife deems it safe for you to do so with a medical note, you may visit and have treatments adapted to what is most suitable for you. It is very important that you make your therapist aware of your pregnancy so that we can look after you in the best way possible. Becky can discuss all treatment options with you.
Unfortunatly, we're unable to have children and babies in the cabin for their own safety.
We want you to relax as much as possible and we can’t watch your little ones and complete your treatment. We hope you understand.
